An abridged version of Charm City Fitness' Boot Camp in collaboration with b Free Daily. This program is anchored by social events and other fitness activities.Enjoy 4 weeks of workouts while making new friends and new connections. b Free Daily will follow the progress of our participants. The workouts will be supplemented by Happy Hours at local bars serving healthy food options and low-cal drink specials.

Charm City Fitness' Boot Camp is a great way for people to improve their fitness and overall health outside of the gym. Our Boot Camp involves a program of many different combinations of strength training exercises, cardiosvascular conditioning exercises, and stretching exercises. With constant variations in its programming the sessions are always challenging and never boring.
